Spotify users across multiple countries are reporting problems with the recently launched “Party of the Year” experience, with many unable to access their personalized statistics despite waiting for hours.
A growing number of Spotify users on devices including the iPhone 17 series and Samsung Galaxy smartphones say the feature remains stuck on the loading screen. Instead of displaying personalized listening statistics, the app shows only the animated wax stamp screen for extended periods.
