Network West Midlands users are facing issue with the app that the app does not work randomly and keeps showing diffrent issue.
Many iPhone, iPad and Android users are facing issue with the Network WM site not working or loading information. It used to work properly but suddenly stopped working. The issue is faced by many users. There are diffrent error received by the users while trying to access the Network WM app, for example ‘Failed to retrieve stop markers’ .
While for other users Network WM app is showing wrong date and time or no departure time is shown on the Network WM app. For some other users it is just stuck at fetching information like stop details and never works.
Update the App to New version
If you using older version of the NW app then please note that the Network West Midlands app has closed. For real time information, journey planning and more download the TfWM app from Playstore and Appstore.
The Network West Midlands (NWM) app has been discontinued to new platform for new and latest technology updates.

Fix : Wait for sometime
If you have already updated to the new version, and still facing the issue then For most of the times, if app is not showing data properly then it might be a temporary loading issue or server side issue. Just close the app from RAM and now open the app again. It may work normally.
