If you’ve recently opened a video on YouTube and it suddenly started playing in another language — you’re likely hearing YouTube’s auto-dubbed audio.
YouTube has introduced automatic dubbing for many creators. While it’s helpful for global reach, it can be confusing if you prefer the original voice.
Here’s how to turn it off for both regular videos and Shorts.
